Sessions Description

  • This program will engage with themes from Professor Atinuke Adediran’s forthcoming book, Disclosureland: How Corporate Words Constrain Racial Progress, and will examine the role of disclosure as both a mechanism of institutional control and a site of contestation in the ongoing political and legal backlash against racial justice efforts. It features a diverse group of scholars working at the intersection of race, corporate governance, securities regulation, nonprofit accountability, and institutional trust.
