With the advent of American with Disabilities Amendment Act and the increase in accommodation requests from students who have English as their second language, many of us have questions about appropriately accommodating our students both in law school and on the bar exam.  This program will offer insights on the changing landscape of accommodations law and an opportunity to discuss in small groups the complexities of the world of accommodation.  We hope to come away with a better understanding of the law and with practical tips for making the accommodation process more comfortable and productive for all involved.
