While the current political and economic climate present challenges for the delivery of legal services generally, law school clinics at public universities face additional challenges related to open record act requests, legislative interference, and potential loss of public funding. This Community Gathering will allow clinicians at public universities to discuss strategies for navigating these challenges, especially when serving vulnerable or politically unpopular client communities.
