Sessions Description

  • This panel will explore how unincorporated entities—such as partnerships, limited liability companies, and joint ventures—are being deployed in the new era of digital retail investing. Speakers will discuss how the use of unincorporated entities in a landscape of digital assets, decentralized trading platforms, app-based brokerage services, and the democratization of equity participation have both democratized investing and circumvented investor protections.
