Sessions Description

  • Nonprofits have long been praised—and pressured—to “do more with less,” but this mindset often fosters burnout and unsustainable practices. This session proposes a reframe: what if we did less with less? By letting go of what no longer serves our mission or well-being, we can prioritize clarity, depth, and intentional impact. Participants will reflect on the pitfalls of overextension, explore strategies for focus and boundary-setting, and engage in discussions about healthier approaches. Central to this shift is community well-being—investing in faculty, staff, and colleagues to model balance, share responsibility, and cultivate a sustainable culture.
