During the first half of the session, there will be a roundtable discussion and debate by a group of distinguished commentators, including prominent law and business school faculty (Brad Barber, Jill Fisch, Paul Kedrosky, Roberta Romano, Alan Schwartz, Allan Timmermann). During the second half of the session, legal scholars will present papers related to the topic.(Robert Bartlett, Michelle Harner, Charles Whitehead)
