As Master of Legal Studies (MLS) programs expand nationwide, law schools face growing pressure to demonstrate value, impact, and sustainability. This session explores how data-informed strategies are reshaping MLS program design, student success, and institutional credibility. Panelists will discuss using data to enhance admissions, academic quality, and alumni outcomes while addressing workforce needs and equity goals. The session also introduces efforts to develop shared Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and a national framework for evaluating MLS effectiveness, offering participants practical tools for innovation, accountability, and interprofessional leadership in non-JD legal education.
