Sessions Description

  • Some of the biggest litigation battles of the last decade have involved the tech industry, from smartphones to online services to AI. This panel will explore the broad spectrum of remedies that have been awarded (and rejected) in both IP and antitrust tech cases including monetary damages, injunctive relief, structural remedies and the destruction of goods.
