In a 60-minute Yoga for You session, you are invited to practice breath work and physical poses that best support your physical and emotional needs so you can cultivate and maintain a stronger mind-body connection on and off your mat. Through gentle guidance from an experienced and trusted yoga facilitator, this yoga class will meet you where you are. Right now.
Hotel towels will be provided. Yoga mats are not provided. You are invited to bring your own mat or use a towel.
Note: This room will be open throughout the day for use of a quiet space except during Working Group hours which take place Sunday, April 27, 2:00 - 3:30; Monday, April 28, 10:00 am- 11:45 am, and Tuesday, April 29, 11:30 am - 1:00 pm.
