The legal landscape is rapidly evolving, requiring law schools to prepare students for complex, real-world challenges. In clinics handling active litigation, managing student turnover and breaks can complicate meeting ABA Standard 303’s requirements for professional responsibility, experiential learning, and skill development. This poster addresses how clinical programs can sustain litigation continuity while meeting the pedagogical goals of ABA Standard 303 and adapting to systemic societal challenges such as justice reform, democracy threats, and technological change.
