Sustainability and Natural Resources: The Law, The Law Curriculum, and The Law School

Following the lead of a January 2007 article in the National Law Journal, this program will explore sustainability for natural resources from three perspectives: the law, the law curriculum, and the law school. The panel will cover key recent events in sustainability law, how to construct a law school curriculum to cover sustainability, and what role law schools can play in pursuing sustainability through building design and institutional practices.
