Sessions Description

  • The United States suffers from a profound justice gap: low- and middle-income individuals lack the resources to assert key legal rights. Using a variety of empirical methods, panelists will address four aspects of the justice gap: access to justice in rural areas, access in administrative settings, the perspective of underserved individuals on the justice gap, and the potential for AI to close the gap.
