Co-authors will present key findings from, and facilitate a panel discussion around, recent research on women attorneys in higher education leadership, which aimed to benchmark the number of women attorneys in higher education leadership positions; identify characteristics and circumstances that make women lawyers successful in higher education leadership; identify structural and cultural obstacles to the advancement of women attorneys into higher education leadership; and provide insight into what universities, leaders, and women attorneys can do to promote and support women lawyers into higher education leadership.
