Sessions Description
-
This program examines how legal education must respond to an era in which unethical conduct by lawyers is not only widespread but often rewarded. Panelists will address the dual challenges posed by political pressures and emerging technologies such as generative AI, both of which raise profound ethical concerns. They will share strategies for preparing students to navigate environments where they may face consequences for ethical action, be asked to defend professionalism, and be called upon to use the law creatively in pursuit of justice. The session emphasizes that it is never too early to engage students in these questions.
