Sessions Description

  • How do we teach the law when the rules have changed? How do we prepare students for a profession that relies on an understood set of shared norms, values, and modes of analysis when the legal landscape is constantly in flux and the rule of law is in peril? This panel aims to create a collaborative space for law professors to share innovative pedagogical approaches during significant legal, societal, and institutional changes.
