Sessions Description

  • Has antitrust grown more political?  Join us as top antitrust officials from the Biden and Trump administrations share lessons from their own experience and debate the proper role of politics and ideology in antitrust administration. Roger Alford and Michael Kades each served as Deputy Assistant Attorneys General and will speak first-hand as to the impact of politics and ideology, and the benefits and costs. Joining them will be Professors Chris Sagers and Jennifer Sturiale, from the Section's Executive Committee.
