Envisioning Dispute Resolution in 2050 (Or Even 2025) and Preparing Our Students for It
(Program to be published in Ohio State Journal of Dispute Resolution)

In the last 25 years, dispute resolution has grown dramatically. How will globalization, ever-advancing technology, climate change and other political, social, economic and environmental forces influence the development of dispute resolution? Visionaries from within and outside the legal academy will share their predictions and suggest how we can prepare our students for a changing world. In addition to the panelists in attendance, there will be 4 videotaped presentations from Mr. Adler, Mr. Rule and Professors Purcell and Yarn.
