As student services professionals we frequently counsel students concerning character and fitness questions on bar exam applications.  We are also obligated to certify our students’ fitness to practice law.  This program is designed to help student services professionals navigate the minefield of bar exam applications by addressing how we balance our role as advocate for our students and our duty to our institutions and to the bar.  Panelists will discuss actual cases and explore what was disclosed, what should have been disclosed, and the potential consequences resulting from the disclosure or failure to disclose.
