This year’s panelists will explore taxation from various theoretical and applied perspectives.  The papers will explore the ways in which tax experts work collaboratively in an effort to promote national economic prosperity; how the results of these efforts often have hidden (and negative) effects on the economy; and how current theories of taxation operate to unnecessarily constrain Congress and the President.  Panelists will explore these issues in the context of recent national and international tax initiatives.
