This is the AALS Section on the Empirical Study of Legal Education & the Legal Profession Works-in-Progress Program. We will be conducting this program in an “Incubator” format to workshop, simultaneously, multiple pieces of scholarship in an intimate setting. This format will feature five works in progress to be workshopped in small groups. We anticipate that this format will redound to more direct feedback and participation from program attendees.
