We are fortunate to have colleagues from Australia, the Czech Republic, Nigeria, the Philippines, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, and other countries, attending the conference. Please join us at this informal reception to welcome our international colleagues at the very start of the conference. For an informal way to get to know each other, we would like to have a cultural exchange. If possible, please bring a small item from your region to share. Those who can’t bring something can simply tell everyone about a favorite item from their region. Hotel and union rules do not allow the consumption of outside food and beverage in the meeting spaces, so any such items can be experienced later. We sincerely hope you will come to meet your colleagues early on, so that you can connect throughout the rest of the conference and warmly welcome them whenever you run into them.
