Sessions Description

  • This panel explores innovative pedagogical approaches to teaching human rights. Human rights law provides law students with a cross-cutting framework to understand nearly every area of legal practice. Panelists will discuss innovative approaches to teaching standalone human rights courses and offer suggestions for how to integrate human rights perspectives into first year doctrinal courses and other core law school curriculum.
