Sessions Description

  • Times of upheaval and transition are times of risk and opportunity. Panelists responded to a broad call for papers that provide insights during this time of transition and upheaval to learn from the past, understand the status quo and changes occurring in the present, and broaden our horizons with proposals for the future of poverty law and policy moving forward. Presentations will focus on the application of agency theory to unhoused individuals, social safety nets, public utility commissions, and “phony” cases.
