    This panel will discuss the nuts and bolts of developing a scholarly agenda and producing impactful legal scholarship. Topics will include selecting topics, establishing a research base, getting past writers’ block, soliciting helpful feedback, and disseminating your work to build a scholarly reputation. Speakers will also address strategies for managing the political climate and backlash against Critical Race Theory and other progressive scholarly topics amidst renewed calls to protect Academic Freedom.
