Topics covered by panelists will include issues related to balancing work and family life, advantages and disadvantages of making lateral moves, pros and cons of engaging in outside consulting work while teaching, facing tenure with confidence, and insight by a tenured faculty member into what she knows now that she wishes she knew early on in her career.
