    ADR concepts will be tested on the NCBE's next generation of the bar exam. The goal of this session is to 1) educate the audience about the NCBE’s plans to test in the areas of negotiation, client counseling, and dispute resolution; 2) share suggestions for how law schools can adapt their curriculum to prepare students for the change, including through 1L courses; 3) offer law school administration and faculty perspectives on how restructuring the curriculum to better prioritize skills development in these areas could impact law school rankings, student success on the bar exam, and client satisfaction with legal services.
