Client feedback ensures clinical programs remain responsive to communities and uphold social justice and educational missions. Post-representation surveys can identify areas for programmatic improvement and highlight success stories for funders and stakeholders. While not ideal for evaluating individual students, when aggregated, survey responses inform program development. This poster presents research and early findings from Touro Law Center’s Clinical Program client survey, designed to assess client interactions, satisfaction, and service quality. Using a program-wide software platform, we have been able to analyze patterns, improve services, and support fundraising efforts while identifying successful outcomes and areas needing attention.
