    The "elevated" (promoted) BIPOC skills-based professors on the panel will discuss the "ingredients" in their promotion-winning recipes. The other BIPOC skills-based professors on the panel will report the results of their interviews with recently promoted (within the past three years) BIPOC female skills-based professors on what ingredients went into their tenure-winning recipes.
