Sessions Description

This panel features faculty who teach immigration law in clinical and non-clinical settings as well as immigration law courses that intersect with other significant areas of the law. It asks whether and in what ways their pedagogical approaches have changed under the current Trump administration. The panel will consider faculty-student classroom interactions, substantive curriculum, and innovations in immigration-related course development that responds to the current political and social landscape.
