Sessions Description

  • The speakers in this session will describe empirical research projects exploring (1) the use of AI for coding in legal research; (2) the success of time management interventions for law students; (3) the role of compensation in legal externships; and (4) the values and professional identities shaped by criminal procedure courses. After hearing a brief summary of each project, participants will discuss the projects in small groups. Each audience member will have a chance to discuss two projects of their choice.
