Over the last thirty years, most law schools have seen their legal writing courses transform dramatically, from low-credit, ungraded courses taught by students, to fully graded and credited courses taught by full-time teachers who are either tenured or on long-term contracts.  Professor Beazley will discuss the dramatic transformation in legal writing over the past thirty years, from staffing to syllabi, and the exciting challenges that lie on the horizon.
