This panel, in celebration of the Section’s 10th anniversary, will offer engaging and divergent commentary on current issues in securities and corporate law. The panelists come from a range of backgrounds, including academics, practitioners, empiricists, and a former SEC Commissioner. Ample time will be allowed for questions from the floor.
