Student service professionals represent a variety of individuals and interests.  It is not uncommon that we must juggle the competing interests of our constituencies as we deal with issues of security, confidentiality, and community.  Our presenters, representing student and career services, will explore practical and ethical responses to issues such as
    - What to do when counseling unveils threats to other students or the school, first hand or through intermediaries.
    -  Whether you should monitor or participate or attempt to influence or respond to the online community, including dealing with internet attacks on students.
    - Do Student Honor Codes/Disciplinary Codes help and how to get the most from them.
    - What is your role in assuring the equal and nondiscriminatory treatment of students, or responding to their discriminatory treatment, in the employment process, including: campus interviews; advertising of jobs; diversity scholarships, career fairs and receptions; and summer jobs.
