In uncertain times, the Alumni Affairs office is expected to increase programming and provide enhanced services to students and alumni, while also partnering with annual giving and development colleagues to reach advancement goals.  With limited budgets and human resources, this can be an overwhelming task.  Although they are frequently under-utilized assets because we need good tools to motivate and manage volunteers, alumni associations and alumni chapters can be strong strategic partners as you strive to meet institutional goals.

During this session, we will discuss two effective models used to manage and engage chapters and boards.  Join us and share some of the vehicles you've utilized to engage and build alumni boards, associations, and chapters.
