As Wildlife Law and Animal Law continue to evolve there are more instances in which they intersect.  Scholars and practitioners in both fields have much to learn from each other.  This panel presents one opportunity for such learning.  Speakers will address international and domestic wildlife matters.  They will also look at the Ringling Brothers’s case which, when decided, will offer the latest judicial thinking about intersection and development of both of these areas of law, and could expand upon the protections necessary for threatened species held in captivity in the United States.
