A downturn in the economy provides an excellent opportunity for law schools to implement and/or enhance programming targeting issues of professionalism.  How can we as student services professionals best assist students in cultivating an attitude and reputation of the highest professionalism?  Panelists will address how our students can most professionally handle layoffs, delayed start dates, and offers reneged upon by firms.  In addition, panelists will discuss establishing and maintaining appropriate professional relationships, diversity awareness and the changing face of diversity, and the impact of personal debt and lack of financial literacy on a student’s legal career.
