This session will focus on the key roles played in the preparation and execution of a law school campaign.  How do you know the time is right to launch a campaign?  How do you work with academic leadership and senior volunteers to set and clearly articulate campaign goals?  How do you effectively set dollar goals and benchmark progress toward those goals during the campaign?  How do you engage alumni volunteers in the cultivation and solicitation process?  How do you effectively manage and deploy your dean and faculty leaders during a campaign?  The panel will describe successes and challenges of their own campaigns, and address how campaigns can differ from institution to institution and what can be learned from each other.
