The increase in transborder movement that has resulted from the creation of the North American Free Trade Area has, among others, raised issues of transborder security, travel, refugee status, criminal activities, visa requirements and transportation regulation. The panel, comprised of representatives from Canada, Mexico and the United States will present the perspectives of each nation on selected cross-border issues followed by a question and answer period.
