    David Steinberg is an Internet marketing and development veteran of thirteen years.  As a co-founder of AdPearance, Mr. Steinberg has overseen the implementation and development of hundreds of successful Internet marketing campaigns.  His core marketing philosophies include active management, adherence to data and human analysis.


    Mr. Steinberg’s previous start ups, Altruwood, Inc. and Trader Direct, LLC, remain highly successful.  Altruwood, a sustainable lumber company, has generated multi-million dollar annual revenues through Internet lead generation.


    AdPearance is a digital marketing firm that performs social media services for various organizations, including the University of Oregon School of Law.  The session will describe how a higher education institution can use social media to recruit solid applicants, engage current students and foster lasting alumni relationships.  Mr. Steinberg will discuss specific platforms, including Facebook, Twitter and blogging.
