This interactive session will cover why graduates come to reunions and what types of reunions work for different schools. We'll explore the nitty gritty topics of programming, marketing, finances/budgeting, timelines, managing reunion committees, and setting and meeting fundraising goals. We will discuss how the law school experience can impact reunion attendance, how to overcome bad experiences, and who bears the responsibility for making students want to come back to reunions. You'll be invited to share customer service "tips" and, you will receive copies of customer service training materials for your employees.
