Sessions Description

  • The United States suffers from a profound justice gap: low- and middle-income individuals lack the resources to assert key legal rights. Using a variety of empirical methods, panelists will address the justice gap in both rural areas and administrative settings. They will also present findings and recommendations from the recent CLEAR Report published by the Conference of Chief Justices. That report includes several recommendations for legal education and bar admissions.
