Publish or perish" is the mantra of every new law professor.   But how does one generate ideas, write a first draft, and then transform it into a publishable article?   How does one navigate through the maze of electronic submissions, flagship law reviews versus specialty journals, using research assistants, venues to workshop work-in-progress articles, and blogosphere temptations (whether to blog or not to blog).  This panel will give tips and strategies to help new law professors create and publish high-quality scholarship.
