Great teachers are always looking for new ideas, assignments, and materials to use in their courses. This special pedagogy session will showcase some great ideas—stuff you can steal—for teaching topics in the first-year Property course. Each panelist will demonstrate a technique, assignment, or lesson that engages students and communicates essential concepts. Topics will include: drafting an easement; drafting client alerts and creating infographics; estates and future interests (but in a fun way); several ways to use AI; and yes, Pierson v. Post.
