This program will address critical topics arising from the aftermath of the federal Public Health Emergency for COVID-19, which ended on May 11, 2023. These include changes in disability accommodations doctrine, telehealth regulation, the role of immigrant workers in the long-term care industry, emergency use authorizations for medical devices, and global vaccine allocations. Panelists will address how these changes may affect the future of pandemic law and policy.
