    A technology revolution has swept across Sub-Saharan Africa in recent years, particularly evident in the diffusion of disruptive technologies, including in the much-discussed mobile technology sector. These technologies have unfolded in broader cultural, political, and technological contexts shaped by varied histories and relationships. This panel will address implications of technology in Africa for questions of inequality and rule of law.
