    Extreme political and ideological polarization creates new or deepened challenges for academic freedom and encouragement of diverse viewpoints in the classroom, particularly for newer law teachers. World events, state curricular mandates, and the new ABA Accreditation Standard 208 magnify these challenges, which will be discussed by panelists who have engaged deeply with them.
