The new ABA Professional Identity Formation Standard 303, particularly its subsection (c) which requires instruction on bias, cross-cultural competency, and racism, have challenged law schools and their diversity professionals to tackle a complex topic in a very short time frame. Hear from diversity leaders at varied institutions who will explain their strategies and approaches to responding to the Standard in ways that can be replicated whether your institutions is still grappling with compliance or seeking to fine tune existing programming.
