During this plenary session, the panel will discuss best practices in teaching legal writing and legal research. The panel will introduce the participants to pedagogical tools that can be used to teach first year law students predictive and persuasive writing. Additionally, the panel will address how participants should think about teaching legal research, especially in light of technological advances in this area.
