A distinguished panel comprised of current and former health law program directors and current and former law school deans will examine issues that lie at the intersection of health law and leadership during times of crisis. Illustrative examples of topics to be addressed include leadership during COVID-19, the opioid epidemic, and/or a mental health crisis; using substantive expertise in public health law, disability law, and bioethics to address issues such as law school closures and re-openings as well as classroom and building use and spacing; disability and vulnerability accommodation requests; in-person versus online options or mandates; and vaccine mandates.
