    This program will consider recent developments in the national security law landscape, including updates relating to the activities of the executive, legislative, and judicial branches. The panelists will discuss the national security implications of the U.S. presidential election, key provisions in the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2025, the Supreme Court's decision in FBI v. Fikre (regarding challenges to the No Fly List) and the Fifth Circuit's decision in U.S. v. Smith (regarding geofence warrants).
